LDS POLICIES 2010/11

LISTED  ARE  NEW  CHANGES  TO  LDS POLICIES.
THESE POLICIES ARE INCLUDED  IN  OUR   FALL   
BROCHURE.

1. Tuition: Is due monthly in full, the first week of the month.  If tuition is not paid by
the 12th of that month, you will receive a $10.00 late fee . Tuition is non-refundable.
Only preschool & combo will receive a refund on unused tuition the first month only.
We accept cash, check or credit card payments. Tuition must be kept current for
student to continue taking class.
2. Costume Deposits: Are due by October 30th. A $50.00 deposit is required
for each class. The balance is due January 15th. Costumes run between $70.00 to
$90.00. In some cases tights will be included with the price of the costume.
3. Pictures: Are taken at the studio in the spring. All accounts must be paid to
date, in order to receive your child's costume for pictures. Also:
Only cash or credit will be accepted as payment in the last month of classes.
4.Tickets: Will go on sale some time in the spring at the studio.
They are sold on a reserve basis by a lottery system. There are no refunds at
any time on tickets!  Please note: Tuition must be paid to date in order to
purchase tickets.
5. Recital: Preparations are under way for our 30th annual recital. You will be
informed as soon as information becomes available.
Please be aware, if your child is in multiple classes or if you have multiple students
attending classes they may or may not perform in the same show. The program order
is a very difficult undertaking, we try our best to accommodate everyone
6.Video Taping: There is absolutely no video or flash photography at the recital.
We have a dress rehearsal for that purpose. It is very distracting to the performer as
well as the rest of the audience. A professional photographer will video the entire
show or the numbers of your choice.
7. Absences: Impede a students progress and can hold back the rest of the class.
A teacher may elect not to have a child perform if there is a severe problem. Every
effort should be made to attend class. Missed classes may be made up at any time.
